Programs are open to both boys & girls ages 18 mos. and up. Our programs are available year round, or during the school calendar year. All of our instructors have been fingerprinted and had background checks to comply with the school system regulations.

Classes are specialized in one area or several programs can be combined into one class. Our classes are progressive learning programs specifically designed for young children. Students continually build on the skills that they learn by additional curriculum being added regularly. We take pride in carefully planning each class so that the needs of each learning level are met. We provide a progressive curriculum; students who enter the class in a successive year will be challenged with new material.

Children excel in KidFit/Dancercize programs because their class is in an environment that is familiar and comfortable to them. Already established friends surround them. Because children are confident, their creativity is greatly enhanced.
